Rayn started in 2023, but our journey has long led us to this moment. Our experience and strength comes from almost two decades of working in the digital technology world. We know how to build scalable low-code/no-code platforms to address complex challenges.
Coming from the digital advertising and marketing industry, we dove deep into consumer data and how it can be used to facilitate 1-on-1 online experiences. We’ve built and scaled programmatic technologies, analytics and visualization platforms to drive forward the connection between companies and customers. The trend back then was — we need to get more data, more aligned to deliver the best customer experience. Through that journey it became apparent that there was a lack of transparency and choice provided to people when it came to their data collection and use.
As the global awareness and need for more data privacy grew we focused on giving customers choice over their data. We did that, by helping businesses apply Privacy regulations in practice. Not just in Europe, but globally. We were faced with challenges on how data is being shared, strictly functionally. Business struggles many industry players faced to stay viable. Consumer privacy as defined by regulators vs privacy as a fundamental human right. Working through all of this, we gathered that the best way to ensure Privacy by Design is to fundamentally change the practice of consumer data collection, sharing and use.
Digital Identity is the last part we touched upon - building tools to create a better view of the individual and link it to their actions in the digital space.
Our shared experiences convinced us that just having an identity is a good first step, but it’s not enough. It’s about the applications of it later.
In the meantime, we all experience the new ways people interact with the digital world. People are spending more and more time online and their digital personas are becoming as important as their physical ones. But what if we can harness the power of digital to enhance the physical world? And what if we can do that at scale?
This is where our strengths come in: we are building an intuitive platform that will help businesses simplify a complex problem—understand a scaled, digital twin version of your audiences, by not just focusing on the individual, but instead looking at trends, real-time influences and behavioral science models to allow for realistic prediction and impactful actions.
